How I Work

A life coach is somebody who empowers and encourages clients toward their chosen lifestyle and outcomes. This can involve different areas of their life such as career, financial, health, work/life balance and relational aspects. As a life coach I help individuals to become the best versions of themselves.

In my work I primarily use the Magnetic Mind Coaching method which is based on the revolutionary new Superconscious Recode™ process developed by Chris M Duncan. This helps people recode their brain in just minutes by unblocking their unconscious emotional limitations.

Each client is unique, and I am very respectful of your individual priorities and perspectives. While my 6-month program has an underlying format, sessions can be moulded to your top priorities that may need addressing in a different sequence. We can arrange this together.

By working together in a longer-term coaching program my intention is to help you rebalance the various areas of your life.

My work with clients involves phone and online calls (Zoom), learning videos and a variety of exercises selected according to each client’s needs.

Firstly, I suggest we connect on a Free Chat phone call. We will establish what you are looking for from your coaching and whether the coaching style I use fits well with your needs.

A 1-on-1 Coaching Session as a 1-off 60-minute session on Zoom.is the second option available. During this session you can deal with one topic or choose your priority goals in your selected areas of life.

Group Coaching is a six-month block of weekly group coaching sessions on Zoom. Each session is 60-minute duration.

1-on-1 Elite Coaching is a six-month block of 1-on-1 coaching with 2 60-minute Zoom sessions per month.
